Solano County Returns to Purple Tier ASAP

COVID Update Governor Newsom changed the business closure reporting process again today. He will no longer wait to report on Tuesday, allow a grace implementation period, or graduate up/down in a measured method. He did retain the color-tier system and its guidelines for the time being. Solano County Public Health shared the following announcement on its website this afternoon: UPDATE (11/16/20):  Solano County officially moves to purple tier immediately The State has announced that Solano County, along with 40 other Counties, is reverting back to widespread (purple) tier due to a rapid rise in cases over the last couple weeks.
